Exhibitor Information

Basic Information

SnT2025 will be held as a hybrid format and starts with an ONLINE DAY on Monday, 8^th of September.

Delivery and Set Up at Hofburg Palace Vienna will be possible from Monday, 8^th of September from 2 pm to 10 pm and Tuesday, 9^th of September from 6 am to 11:30 am.
Please be advised that there is very limited storage space available for exhibitors. Bigger items or separate deliveries must be coordinated with us well in advance.

Dismantling and End of SnT2025 Exhibition Area
The exhibition area will be open until lunchtime on Friday, 12^th of September.
After that you are free to dismantle and transport your items and the area has to be cleared by 8 pm.

Size of booth area, Design and Furniture

Standard 2 m x 1,5 m Area – Dimensions of the Booth construction as shown below

Design:

All booths share the same basic design with the SnT-Keyvisual printed on the backwall. You are free to use the space beneath this print as well as the inner sidewalls of booth to place visual information (e.g. posters, etc.). Please be aware, that these walls are made of foam boards, so you can only attach light materials like paper or cardboards.

 

Furniture:

1 Standard Desk (150x75 cm) with 2 chairs

 

Technical Information

Standard electrical extension cord with 4 sockets with basic EU Plug (Types C, E, F) 230 V ~ 50 Hz

Please informs us well in advance of all electrical equipment (e.g. number of computers, coffee maker, printer etc.) in your booth requiring electrical power, so the technical supplier can dimension the necessary current.

If you have needs for additional technical equipment, you can contact our technical supplier for the venue that can provide you with a special conference equipment-package:

Visibility:
Exhibitor logo and content for the SnT2025 Event Application

To ensure your visibility on the SnT2023 Event Platform, we invite you to provide us with content such as corporate logo (print and online use), website and social media links and a short text or claim as you see appropriate for use on our website, social media and the conference app.

The exact placement of the booths and layout of the exhibitor area will be shared at the latest 10 days before the conference.
