How to upload your profile picture in Indico
Profile pictures are needed to produce your SnT2025 Conference badges. A badge with a picture is a requirement from UN Security.

Step-by step guide
Log-in in Indico
Login on the platform: top right corner "login"
Visit your profile page
- Click on the arrow pointing down next to your name (top right corner)
- Click on "My profile"
- Go to the "Settings" page
Your profile picture
- Select "Profile picture" in the left hand side menu
- Go to "Custom picture" and then click on "Upload"
- Select your picture (jpg and png format) and do not forget to "save changes"
Verify your picture
Go back to your Dashboard, if the picture was correctly uploaded, your picture will appear on the page next to your name.
