Description
TIMEtool is a smart application system allowing to evaluate the nuclear event zero time using radioxenon isotopic activity ratios. The nuclear events of interest are nuclear explosion under in-growth condition, nuclear power plant and medical isotope production facility. TIMEtool allow also setting the time of fractionation when nuclear explosion is considered. The plots generate by this software including the measurement data give an estimation of the origin of release. TIMEtool could be a promising tool for nuclear event timing for many people scientist or not, supporting the CTBT.
