Description

It said in this theme 4 that “Each National Data Centre will have its own focus and accompanying procedures. Of special interest is the integration of IMS data and Treaty monitoring into national operations procedures. The optimization of performance has many facets, and contributions are invited on any subject that impinges on the efficiency, quality, timeliness, reliability and cost-effectiveness of the verification process”.
These above paragraphs allow me to show you, how the ISM stations PS11 and IS12 management will be assured in Central African Republic? Which efficient organisms will be in charge of their installation, operation and maintenance? Is the NDCB established to response to the requirements of CTBTO for supporting the verification process in Central African Republic?
Through this “Project of the construction of new NDCB”, I will try to present you the achieved activities and the difficulties, which prevent the establishment of IMS stations PS11 and IS12 as well as the NDCB.
